Banyan Tree's restaurants "Saffron" and "Au Jardin d'Epices" offer a combination of Thai, International and Creole dishes. All day dining is available at their Beach restaurant which is situated on the rocks overlooking a peaceful and beautiful bay. Fresh seafood is available at this exquisite restaurant where you will also find the bar and lounge area.

Water sports enthusiasts can look forward to a wide choice of facilities such as snorkeling, water skiing and wind surfing whilst the location of their free-form pool offers some truly breathtaking views of the ocean.
