Opened in late 2009, the newly-built Hanneman Holiday Residence is a beautifully designed self-catering property located within a short stroll from the beautiful Beau Vallon Bay, with 3kms of white sand beach and great water sports, plus a dive centre.
There are seven spacious self-catering apartments all offering fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining facilities including flatscreen TV, air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms and private balcony. Continental breakfast is available at a small charge (payable locally) and can be taken either in your apartment or at the Gazebo next to the swimming pool. Barbeque's can also be taken here too.
The Hanneman self-catering apartments are within just a 5 minute walk of the beautiful Beau Vallon Bay where there is a good selection of water sports and dive centres, a choice of restaurants (and takeaways) including some serving Creole cuisine, as well as a choice of shops including a small supermarket. Guests booking a minimum of 3 nights receive a complimentary starter pack containing coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam, eggs and water.
For those who enjoy a wider choice of evening entertainment, there is also a nearby disco and casino. For guests not wishing to hire a car for their stay, buses stop within 100 meters of the property and offer regular services to the capital, Victoria.

All apartments include: air-conditioned bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms with shower, ceiling fan, hairdryer and safe. Open-plan living/dining room with flatscreen TV, internet, ceiling fan and balcony. Spacious kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee-making facilities, washing machine with tumble dryer.
