Seychellois colonial architecture has been used to design the villas, which offer a mix of colonial and contemporary décor. The Deluxe Oceanfront Villas are single storey and most of the Oceanview Hillside villas are double storey; all are sea facing with king size beds and have sweeping views over the Indian Ocean. Hilton Seychelles Northolme opened it's new collection of 16 Deluxe Oceanview Pool Villas. These new villas are styled in-keeping with the resort's existing wooden-clad rooms and are set on stilts in the tropical gardens; their private infinity pools and deck offer spectacular views over the Indian Ocean. Modern interiors combine natural and historic elements of traditional Seychellois houses.

The main restaurant is considered one of the most fabulous dining experiences on Mahé, offering champagne breakfast and themed dinners with live show cooking.
