The island of Desroches lies about 250 kilometres south of Mahé - a small coral island (just 5 kilometres long and no more than 1 kilometre at its widest point), fringed by white sand beaches and palm trees and surrounded by a living coral reef and clear, shallow seas. A perfect hideaway destination for romantics and honeymooners or dive enthusiasts.

This 20 room hotel has 2 Restaurants - the main open air restaurant and the beach restaurant and an open air bar. Apart from the tennis court, activities are water based and snorkel equipment, canoes, windsurfers and pedaloes are available free of charge to guests. There is a dive centre and fishing trips can also be arranged. Local transport is on foot or by bicycle, which can be hired from the hotel, and there are a number of nature trails to explore.

The rooms are creole style, in bungalows set amongst the trees around the hotel and close to the splendid beach. All have a king size bed, bath with shower, air conditioning, with a ceiling fan in the lounge area, telephone, minibar, room safe, and terrace facing towards the sea.
